This week, on May 21st, we celebrated World Meditation Day with a message from our Student Council Wellbeing Team taking the opportunity to remind students the importance of taking time to be mindful, and look after our mental health as a priority.
“World Meditation Day is all about encouraging people to meditate and showing the benefits of meditation to everyone. It’s a chance to think about how meditation can help us relax, feel better both mentally and physically, and connect.
The day focuses on the importance of meditation for keeping peace, clarity, and strength. World Meditation Day helps us take care of our mental and emotional health, especially with the work-load and stress during the exam season!
With that said, please look after and take care of yourself not only today, but everyday
