Computer Science Alumni discusses her time at DLD College London

DLD College London Alumni Tia Nasir discusses how her invaluable DLD experience prepared her for her current role as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
Tia studied Computer Science, History and Maths at DLD and went on to study an undergraduate degree in Computer Science at the Royal Holloway University of London. Find out how she attributes DLD for developing in confidence and independence, recognising her time here as one of the best decisions she made as a pivotal building block her education.
Tia explains how DLD’s international community provided her the opportunity to meet and mix with people from all over the world, which has helped her in her career in an international company. The diversity of DLD was very different to the traditional boarding school that she attended prior and the Central London location gave her ‘independence like no other!”, describing opportunitties such as joining co-curricular activity Run Club and running all around Vauxhall and past Westminster Abbey and Big Ben as the “moments she will never forget”.
