Media Students attend Film Industry Careers Panel in Partnership with BAFTA

As part of International Women’s Day on Tuesday, year 12 and 13 students from BTEC Media had the opportunity to attend a Film Industry Careers Panel in Partnership with BAFTA. The all-female panel consisted of film director Lyttanya Shannon (Subnormal), First Assistant Film Editor Sian Fever (The Crown) and BAFTA nominated actress Lashana Lynch (No time to Die & Captain Marvel).

It was a very interesting and inspiring Q and A that took place at the Empire in Haymarket. The students had the opportunity to ask a range of questions to the panel and discover pathways into the film industry.
