Attending a yoga session with puppies is an experience like no other. As we arrived at the studio, we were greeted with the warm atmosphere with calming and pleasant music. Once all of the yoga mats were set, we were able to see the cute, excited little Pomeranian puppies that were about to be released to play with us! After around 20 minutes of actual, relaxing yoga, the yoga instructors placed puppies right into the arms of a few lucky people in the room, making everyone’s mood instantly light up.
These Pomeranian pups had tons of energy and made the time for each one of us in the room to play with, whether it’d be to throw their toy around, or to nibble and jump into our arms. Either way, interacting and witnessing such small and innocent creatures definitely made everyone’s day as the whole room was filled with laughter and joy even after our session ended.
This trip was organised by the DLD Student Council Wellbeing team and safe to say it was a great way for some of our students to unwind after a term full of mocks and coursework.
