Art Competitions incl. Art of the Month

Congratulations to Y11 GCSE Art & Design student Nakisha, who has won the Upper school Art Competition for the 1st half term, with her charcoal drawing of a deserted beach on a cloudy day.
Another congratulation to Y11 GCSE Art and Design students Hrista and Kevin, who are sharing the 2nd place in the competition with their imaginative pattern drawings.
The Best Artwork of the month is an A1 charcoal drawing produced by Y12 A level Art & Design student Sofiya. This artwork is a result of her investigation of the theme “Picture into my world” and her Russian and Tatarian roots. Here, she has portrayed herself wearing Russian national clothes.
