Resilience Week

On Tuesday 23rd January 2024 we were joined by Junior from Aim Higher Education as part of DLD College London’s resilience week.
As we approach the mock examinations this was a well-timed talk where Junior spoke about the learning that we can take from failure. He asked students to reframe failure as feedback, stating ‘it’s not failure, it’s feedback so you know how not to improve next time’. As a successful businessman himself, Junior was open about how he turned his past failures into success and how one can develop resilience to it.
