DLD College London Winter Concert

Christmas came early this week at DLD College London as students performed at the annual Winter Concert at St Marylebone Parish Church.

Students from the twin campus based independent college in Marylebone and Belgravia took to the stage on Tuesday 10 December and dazzled their audience with incredible festive renditions of carols and popular pieces of music.

The College’s annual Winter Concert was at the iconic St Marylebone Parish Church where students entertained their friends, family, teachers and special guest, Baroness Perry of Southwark.

The Winter Concert’s finale included a reading of Scrooge from Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol which was performed by actor, George Michie, an alumnus of DLD College London, who ten years ago this week performed in the college’s production of the well-known story playing Bob Cratchit.

Rachel Borland, Principal at DLD College London commented: “There has been plenty of excitement around the college in the lead up to our annual winter production and each year we are amazed by the remarkable talents that our students boast.

“All students who took part delivered outstanding performances, and it was testament to their talents that they were able to put on such a fantastic show.”
